A session can be either 50 to 60 minutes and can take place on Zoom or in person. It's highly recommended to set your own customized intention for the session, which we will discuss at the beginning. We'll start with a brief conversation about the issues or challenges you're facing, your dreams, and the desired outcome for the session. The session includes consultation, healing, guidance, channeling, and time for any questions you may have. A recording of the session will be sent to you afterward. HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

If you're committed to continuous personal growth, I recommend starting with sessions every 1-2 weeks initially. As progress is made, transitioning to monthly or bi-monthly sessions is typically sufficient. Keep in mind that the frequency may vary depending on your individual history, current circumstances, and what you aspire to achieve. By maintaining a consistent rhythm of sessions, you'll nurture your ongoing development and create space for profound transformation.
