Our goal at Sabine Therapies is to provide the highest quality services in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Life happens sometimes so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, we require that you let us know at least 24 hours’ in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation/rescheduling fees.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to be able to get the care they need in your place. Since we reserve this time especially for you and it is an important part of your session plan we highly encourage you to not miss your scheduled appointments. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis.
A 24 hours minimum notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full fee for your session.
Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your meeting time there is no fee. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a 50% fee for your session.
Late Arrival for your Scheduled Appointment
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given or not given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. We look forward to serving you!
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment. If you have a gift certificate or package, the certificate will be redeemed in full and one session will be taken from packages.
Consultation, online-webinar session, remote 'distant' healing
All distant/remote or skype sessions have to be paid in advance. Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted.
How to Cancel/Reschedule Your Appointment
To cancel or reschedule appointments there are several options:
Call + 971 (0) 52 713 70 52 (or WhatsApp). Please leave a detailed message and a contact number if canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice.
Please refer to your confirmation or reminder email. These emails contain an option to Cancel/Reschedule that will take you directly to our appointment calendar for cancellation or rescheduling of your existing appointment.
Be advised; if it’s less than 24 hours before your appointment, canceling or rescheduling options will not be available, so you will need to call +971 50 81 44 529 and this is subject to the cancellation/rescheduling policy.
Cancellations or rescheduling for Saturday appointments must be canceled or rescheduled by 2:00 PM the previous Thursday or be subject to cancellation/rescheduling fees listed above.
Workshop/seminar cancellation policy- no-refund/ policy for registrations
Once paid, all registration fees for seminars and other events are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a seminar or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a seminar or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed seminar or event to six (6) months from its original start date.
Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed seminar will be refunded with deduction of the registration/deposit fees, Sabine Poncelet - Optimizz LLC is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Seminar dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Sabine Poncelet - Optimizz LLC reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each seminar or event without notice. By registering for a seminar, you acknowledge that Sabine Poncelet - Optimizz LLC does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether you will ultimately attain sufficient understanding and knowledge to become certified by Sabine Poncelet. Regardless of whether you become certified, once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
Cash or Personal cheque, Paypal, BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full directly after each consultation and, in advance for online/ webinar sessions, remote/ distant healing, seminars, and other events. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of UAE's base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement.
We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid 30 days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the small claims court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs. Returned cheques will incur a $25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
