This website is owned and run by Sabine Poncelet @ Sabine Therapies - OptiMizz Life LLC. By consenting to purchase any seminar, service, or product from sabinetherapies.com, or by using this site in any way, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Terms and conditions:

Consultation, online webinar session, remote 'distant' healing

All distant/remote or Skype sessions have to be paid in advance. A minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation is required. Notification for instance, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and fax, or any other means will be accepted.  

 

Payment

Cash or Personal cheque, Paypal, Credit cards, and BACS transfers are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full directly after each consultation and, in advance for online/ webinar sessions, remote/ distant healing, seminars, and other events. Monies that remain outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of UAE's base rate on the outstanding balance until the balance is paid in full and final settlement.

We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid 30 days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the small claims court if the outstanding balance does not exceed $3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any additional administrative and/or court costs. Returned cheques will incur a $25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In the instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or trades and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until any outstanding monies are recovered in full.  ​​

Sessions​

The number, length, and frequency of sessions will be discussed and agreed upon before commencing. Clients can discontinue at any point (within terms of cancellation policy above) Sabine Therapies reserves the right to discontinue sessions at any time.

Limited Early Bird Tickets

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing our Early Bird Tickets.

By purchasing an Early Bird Ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

Limited Availability: The Early Bird Tickets are available in a limited quantity and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once the allocated number of Early Bird Tickets has been sold, no further tickets will be available at the discounted price.

No Price Adjustments: Once purchased, the Early Bird Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will not provide any price adjustments or refunds if you later find that the Early Bird Tickets are sold out.

Alternative Ticket Options: In the event that all Early Bird Tickets are sold out, alternative ticket options will be made available for purchase at their regular prices. These tickets will still provide access to our event but at a different cost.

Purchase Responsibility: It is your responsibility to complete the purchase of Early Bird Tickets in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee the availability of these tickets if you delay your purchase.

Terms Modification: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Early Bird Ticket offer at any time without prior notice. Such modifications or terminations will not affect the tickets already purchased.

Event Admission: Possession of an Early Bird Ticket does not guarantee entry to the event. Admission will be granted subject to compliance with our event policies, security checks, and applicable laws and regulations.

Ticket Validity: Early Bird Tickets are only valid for the specific event for which they were purchased. They cannot be exchanged or used for any other event.

Non-Endorsement: The availability of Early Bird Tickets does not imply endorsement or sponsorship of our event by any third party.

By purchasing an Early Bird Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Retreats Payment terms & agreement

Please read through these terms carefully. They are non-negotiable.

Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Upon reserving a spot with your deposit, you will receive a request for full payment.

This payment is due within 8 weeks of the request OR 10 weeks before the start of the retreat  - whichever date comes first.

Payment not received within this time frame is subject to reservation cancellation by the host and loss of deposit.

Reservations made within 10 weeks of the retreat date require full payment upon booking. 

Upon reservation with your non-refundable deposit, you will be invoiced for the full balance due.

Payment not received within 48 hours of this request is subject to reservation cancellation.

Cancellation policy: 

• Cancellations up and until 31.03.2024  AED 2500/-  $ 547/- per person. If retreat starts on June 16 June, 2024

• From 01.04.2024 - 30.04.2024  AED 3500/- $ 765/- per person. 

• From 01.05.2024 there is a zero refund.

Any non-refunded portions retained by the host are non-transferable.

Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process and complete.

All bookings that request double occupancy will be fulfilled to the best of the host's ability, however, if the second space cannot be filled you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate.

If available as an option, and you requested a dorm bed, a minimum of 3 out of 4 beds must be filled to receive the advertised dorm-room rate, otherwise you will be moved into a double-occupancy room at the double-occupancy rate.

The host reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of the retreat at any time. This will not affect or alter the price you have agreed to pay at the time of your reservation.

You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel/cancellation insurance to cover any illness, injury, or other emergency or situation that may prevent you from attending the retreat after booking. 

We strongly recommend that you purchase a policy that includes a “cancel for any reason” rider option. 

Typically, trip insurance must be purchased at the same time you register for the retreat to be valid.

Tabby Policy:

​

Tabby's 4 easy payments facility is offered under certain conditions. As a small company, we reserve the right to refuse certain demands. This is because we incur more than a 10% charge on each payment accepted, along with fees incurred to receive our funds from Tabby via bank transfer, we do not accept Tabby transactions under an amount of AED 5000/-. Should you wish to utilize Tabby for transactions below this threshold, please note that an administrative fee equivalent to 8% will be applied. Thank you for your understanding.

Workshop/seminar- student responsibility & confidentiality

By purchasing Sabine Poncelet products and agreeing to Sabine Poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC terms of services, students agree to conduct themselves in accordance with all Sabine Poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC terms, codes of conduct, and ethical practices. These include, and are not limited to, abiding by laws relating to privacy, the confidentiality of other students who attended the course,  intellectual property, security, and fraud, as well as respecting codes of conduct prohibiting harassment and discrimination. If a student is found to be in violation of any of these terms, codes, or laws, Sabine Poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC has the right to immediately suspend access to Seminars, subscriptions, products, and services. Depending on the nature of the violation, Sabine Poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC may pursue legal action where criminal offenses or grave misconduct has occurred. By becoming customers and students of Sabine Poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC, individuals agree:

• To uphold the laws of the jurisdiction where Sabine poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC operates (UAE law), and where Sabine poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC services are used (the student’s regional laws)

• Not to discriminate, harass, intimidate, or abuse any students or staff members.

• Not to engage in discriminatory behavior related to a person’s age, sex, gender, race, orientation, religion, size, ethnicity, or cultural practices. 

• Not to post or share any content that is obscene, defamatory, profane, pornographic, offensive, or inflammatory on Sabine Poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC property, including social media pages and emails.

• Not to post copyrighted content that is not owned by the student, and that the student does not have permission to post, on any Sabine poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC property (including social media pages and emails)

• Not to advertise products, services, or pages on Sabine poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC property, or solicit Sabine poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC students with the intent to sell services or products, unless consent is requested and approval granted by Sabine poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC staff.

• To provide complete and accurate account and payment information when purchasing any Sabine poncelet- OptiMizz Life LLC products or services, including seminars, subscriptions, supplementary materials, etc.

Policy on Multiple Accounts

We've identified some clients creating multiple accounts, which is causing significant disruptions in our system. This practice is unacceptable.

To maintain smooth operations and safeguard our services, we have implemented a new policy. Effective immediately, any clients found with multiple accounts will face severe penalties. These penalties include the loss of all sessions they have already purchased and the obligation to reimburse any discounts they have received.

We urge all clients to adhere to this policy and use only one account. It not only promotes a seamless experience for everyone but also ensures fairness and integrity within our platform.

Client Confidentiality​

All information disclosed within sessions/online courses and the written records pertaining to those sessions are confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without our client’s written permission.

Package/ Pricing Plan

We would like to remind you that your pricing plan will automatically expire after 1, 3, 4, or 6 months, depending on the selected plan. Please note that this expiration is non-negotiable and cannot be changed under any circumstances. We encourage you to utilize the full value of your plan before it expires.

Additionally, a notification will be sent 15 days before the plan ends, reminding you of the expiration and offering options to renew or choose a new plan. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team for assistance. Thank you for choosing Sabine Therapies.

Communication

Upon registration with Sabine Therapies - OptiMizz Life LLC, you agree to receive occasional emails from our marketing team. These include, but are not limited to, notifications of sales and promotions, coupons and offers, notifications of new courses, products, and features, notices of contests and giveaways, results of contests and giveaways, etc. You have the option to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and this information and corresponding directions are made clearly visible in all email communication. Once you elect to unsubscribe, you will no longer receive marketing emails unless you re-subscribe (following a short period for our system to process the request and update your preferences). You may still receive important communication from the Sabine Therapies - OptiMizz Life LLC customer support team.

In addition, you agree to receive communication from our customer support team relevant to your overall client/ student experience. These include, but are not limited to, important updates related to user security, technical glitches, and system functions, responses to clients inquiries, reminders of expirations related to courses, subscriptions, or other products, notices of holiday hours, and occasional checks to ensure the client is satisfied (can be in the form of an email or survey). Customer support is available via email or phone calls, and the preferred method of contact is at the client’s discretion.

All Sabine Therapies- OptiMizz Life LLC client communication is conducted in accordance with UAE law, as well as the client’s legal jurisdiction and laws of that region. Sabine Therapies - OptiMizz Life LLC does not engage in frivolous emails, phone calls, or solicitation of any kind, nor do we engage in spam. All communication sent by us is done with the intent to improve the user experience, relay important information, and keep clients abreast of our new developments.
