This website is owned and run by Sabine Poncelet @ Sabine Therapies - Optimizz LLC. By consenting to purchase any seminar, service, or product from sabinetherapies.com, or by using this site in any way, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Terms and conditions:

Consultation, online-webinar session, remote 'distant' healing

All distant/remote or skype sessions have to be paid in advance. Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted.  

 

Payment

Cash or Personal cheque, Paypal, Credit cards, BACS transfers are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full directly after each consultation and, in advance for online/ webinar sessions, remote/ distant healing, seminars, and other events. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of UAE's base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement.

We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid 30 days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the small claims court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs. Returned cheques will incur a $25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.  ​​

Sessions

The number, length, and frequency of sessions will be discussed and agreed prior to commencing. Clients can discontinue at any point (within terms of cancellation policy above) Sabine Therapies reserves the right to discontinue sessions at any time.

Workshop/seminar- student responsibility & confidentiality

By purchasing Sabine Poncelet products and agreeing to Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC terms of services, students agree to conduct themselves in accordance with all Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC terms, codes of conduct, and ethical practices. These include, and are not limited to, abiding by-laws relating to privacy, the confidentiality of other students who attended the course,  intellectual property, security, and fraud, as well as respecting codes of conduct prohibiting harassment and discrimination. If a student is found to be in violation of any of these terms, codes, or laws, Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC has the right to immediately suspend access to Seminars, subscription, products, and services. Depending on the nature of the violation, Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC may pursue legal action where criminal offenses or grave misconduct has occurred. By becoming customers and students of Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC, individuals agree:

  • To uphold the laws of the jurisdiction where Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC operates (UAE law), and where Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC services are used (the student’s regional laws)

  • Not to discriminate, harass, intimidate, or abuse any students or staff members.

  • Not to engage in discriminatory behavior related to a person’s age, sex, gender, race, orientation, religion, size, ethnicity, or cultural practices. 

  • Not to post or share any content that is obscene, defamatory, profane, pornographic, offensive, or inflammatory on Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC property, including social media pages and emails.

  • Not to post copyrighted content that is not owned by the student, and that the student does not have permission to post, on any Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC property (including social media pages and emails)

  • Not to advertise products, services, or pages on Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC property, or solicit Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC students with the intent to sell services or products, unless consent is requested and approval granted by Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC staff.

  • To provide complete and accurate account and payment information when purchasing any Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC products or services, including seminars, subscriptions, supplementary materials, etc. 

Client Confidentiality

All information disclosed within sessions/online courses and the written records pertaining to those sessions are confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without our client’s written permission.

Sabine's Birthday Club (don't exist anymore, July 1st, 2019)

- This offer entitles you to 20% off on your Sabine's session when you use the promo link sent via email.

- This offer can only be redeemed on a single session valid for one person only.

- This offer is valid only for clients who have visited Sabine Poncelet - Optimizz LLC for less than 7 months. If you have visited Sabine Poncelet - Optimizz LLC for more than 7 months a discount of 10 % will be applied.

- The discount will automatically be applied at checkout in the same session.

- The offer entitles you to 20% off your next session with Sabine Therapies when using the promotional link until the end date stated in the email.

- This offer excludes all other promotions and offers and cannot be used with student discount and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Voucher cannot be used for the purchase of gifts cards, gift vouchers.

- Sabine Poncelet - Optimizz LLC reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time refuse to allow any individual to participate in the Offer amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to all customers).

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law and exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts in the event of a dispute.

- Only one promotional discount can be used per client. 

Promotional discounts are:

- non-transferable

- not for resale, and not redeemable for cash

- The 50 % discount is only valid for your first session at Sabine Therapies

- The 20 % discount is valid only for a maximum of 5 sessions until the date mentioned in our offer 

- The 20 % discount offer cannot be cumulated with the 50 % discount or any other offer). 

- Sabine Therapies reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a discount offer at any time.

Communication

Upon registration with Sabine Poncelet - Optimizz LLC, you agree to receive occasional emails from our marketing team. These include, but are not limited to, notifications of sales and promotions, coupons and offers, notifications of new courses, products, and features, notices of contests and giveaways, results of contests and giveaways, etc. You have the option to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and this information and corresponding directions are made clearly visible on all email communication. Once you elect to unsubscribe, you will no longer receive marketing emails unless you re-subscribe (following a short period for our system to process the request and update your preferences). You may still receive important communication from the Sabine Poncelet- Optimizz LLC customer support team.

In addition, you agree to receive communication from our customer support team relevant to your overall client/ student experience. These include, but are not limited to, important updates related to user security, technical glitches, and system functions, responses to clients inquiries, reminders of expirations related to courses, subscriptions, or other products, notices of holiday hours, and occasional checks to ensure the client is satisfied (can be in the form of an email or survey). Customer support is available via email or phone calls, and the preferred method of contact is to the client’s discretion.

All Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC client communication is conducted in accordance with UAE law, as well as the client’s legal jurisdiction and laws of that region. Sabine poncelet- Optimizz LLC does not engage in frivolous emails, phone calls, or solicitation of any kind, nor do we engage in spam. All communication sent by us is done with the intent to improve the user experience, relay important information, and keep clients abreast of our new developments.

Email Newsletter/Mailing list

Our website uses Wix Shoutout to operate an email newsletter program to inform subscribers about new information, offers, and services. Users can subscribe through an online subscription process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion.

All the personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely. No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies or people outside of the company.

The email marketing campaigns sent out by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities. Our subscriber’s activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. The tracked activities may include the opening of emails, forwarding emails, and the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates, and frequency of activity.
