Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your meeting time there is no fee. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a fee of AED 100/- for 60 min session or 160/- for a 90 min session. No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment. Appointment cancellation: 24 hours MINIMUM notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows the opportunity for someone else to be able to get the care they need in your place.
