My schedule gets busy, so please understand that I might have to decline some clients due to time constraints. Price decrease following the number of animals : For one it is AED 800/- per animal For two it is AED 600/- per animal For Three it is AED 550/- per animal For Four it is AED 500/- per animal For Five it is AED 450/- per animal If you're planning a regular visit or have a special request, please inquire about pricing. The more details, the smoother the experience – let's ensure your pets get all the care they deserve! To ensure your furry friends outside Dubai receive the same warmth and care, an additional fee is charged for the traveling time (typically 90 minutes each single way). But here's some heartwarming news! If you have FOUR or more lovely animals, you WON'T incur ANY extra charges. It's our way of showing appreciation for your big-hearted pet family. Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellation: 24 hours MINIMUM notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows the opportunity for someone else to be able to get the care they need in your place. Since we reserve this time, especially for you and it is an important part of your session plan we highly encourage you to not miss your scheduled appointments. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. RE-SCHEDULING: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your meeting time there is no fee. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a fee of AED 100/- for 60 min session or 160/- for a 90 min session.
